We just had to take a pics when we realized the Bingo Hall was bigger than the grocery store.

Wilderness hiking in Denali National Park.
Does it get any better than this?
Ben gleefully hiking through Denali National Park.
We hiked way up there.
One of many grizzly sightings in Denali.
The view from our cabin in Denali.
We got a flat on the Denali highway (130 miles of dirt and gravel). 2 days, 3 towns, a second rental car, and a special order to Anchorage... and we finally got a replacement tire. At least we still made it to McCarthy and Kennicot.
A one lane bridge on the road to McCarthy. Built in 1910 and we drove across it. Scary!
The road to McCarthy. More dirt and gravel, but no more flat tires :)
Did I mention the mosquito infested bogs?
Kim scoping out the old Hardware Store in McCarthy.
McCarthy is a bit of a frontier town. They have to actively enforce "No guns in the restraurant".

Shaker Tables in the Mill.
Kennicot is so remote that when they closed down the mine is was cheaper to leave everything there than to move it out.
Kim and the tour guide. We got our own personal tour.
The mill from afar. We went up to the top. 14 stories.
Hiking to the glacier from Kennicot.
The Glacier at Kennicot.
